I would like to say how impressed we are with all three suppliers. They have all been highly competitive in terms of price and good to deal with in every respect. I was particularly impressed with MIAB. Our vaccine refrigerator failed over the August bank holiday, just 4 days after the inception of the new policy. The loss amounted to a little over £2000 and AUA settled in full, without hesitation and completely disregarded conditions in the policy wording which might very well have enabled them to avoid any form of settlement.
