Legal Expenses Cover From MIAB
New from MIAB a legal protection plan specially designed for GP practices. It protects a practice from costly litigation when defending or asserting its rights in both civil and criminal law. It also protects the partners, staff and their families from a wide range of potentially expensive legal threats.
Just ask yourself the following questions:-
What happens if the Practice faces a claim in an Employment Tribunal or is investigated by the Tax authorities? (The latter is increasingly likely according to the media).
What would it cost to defend the Practice against the NHS, if they were to terminate their contract? (Trusts are resorting more and more, to strong arm tactics).
How can the cost of potentially damaging disputes between Partners be mitigated?
How would you or your staff pay to defend yourselves from a criminal allegation? (Legal Aid will soon be subject to means testing even in respect of criminal cases).
The answer to all the above is to take out a MIAB Practice & Personal Legal Protection Plan.
